According to the Nats’ Facebook fanpage, Marquis Grissom has been offered to be Syracuse’s hitting coach, but it isn’t known if he will accept.

Any reason why Riggleman did not want Grissom back as 1st base and OF coach. I thought he was well thought of by the front office and the players.

    Darn, don’t like Spin staying.

i totally agree vladihondo! You would think that while Rizzo was cleaning house, Spin would be the first one to go along with bob boone, hes just riding under the political radar. The minor league pitching promotions have been totally messed up for the past 6 years. Get rid of him! adios!

What’s going on with Tim Foli?

  6. #6 by Andrew Stebbins - November 19th, 2009 at 16:58

Strasburg hurt, so I’m told. Will know more soon.

I know Darnell Coles went to the Brewers organization. Does anyone know where Paul Menhart went?

Menhart is still working for the Nats. He’s the pitching coach for the Desert Dogs. My guess is he ends up the pitching coach in Syracuse

I thought Foli was supposed to be the next big thing in the organisation too.
