Storen’s ERA may not look good (5.14) but thru 7 innings everything else does. 1.29 whip, 10 ks, 0 walks.
Any word on what is going on with Englund? He’s on the GCL roster but hasn’t appeared in any games yet.
I think Arneson needs to be promoted, but who do you bump? You’d have to think Martis is replacing HRamirez, and we no longer have any 30-yr old retreads (O’Connor, Sosa, Towers) blocking our youngsters. Could Arneson be 2010’s Jordan Zimmermann?

um, not quite, JZim was 22 last year, Arensen is 25
why no Micheal Taylor in the GCL yet? and is Adrian Sanchez officially a 3B now?

I listened in to the Chiefs game last night and Balester was spot on for the first three innings and then a leadoff walk and Pete Orr error really opened the flood gates. I still am happy with the kid’s progress this year and can’t wait to see him back up in DC.
Also looking forward to listening in on Kobernus and Holder’s debut tonight.

I am looking to get some tickets to the Iron Birds when Vermont comes into town. Any idea on who i should research and look out for when they come to town?

Andrew, Thanks for the info here. Any development on the international front is a positive. Too bad we don’t make the 3.75M investment the Bosox have already made into international signings.
