First, a huge thanks to Todd for taking over for me for the week. It is greatly appreciated.
Maine has been great, lots of outdoor stuff. Hiking, biking and kayaking around Acadia along with a whale watching trip.
But today finally brought the rains (and hail) … as we were kayaking. The weather gave me the chance to update the Big Board and Draft Track.

Interesting Steve Stone admission last night during ChiSox/Halo game since Aflac trivia question included Nats scout, Bill Singer: The Dodgers did not want a Steve Stone-Andy Messersmith deal to go down so the Dodgers asked the Angels for 24 hours. Stone said Ken Henderson, OF, Al Gebhard (?) reliever and a nother player were in the proposed mix. Hmm. that would have given SF Mess, Perry, McCormack and who else?? hmmm. the trivia question involved all-time K seasons for Halos with Nolan Ryan having seven of them. I believe Singer and Tanana were the other two answers….
