    Souza is on the dl with a broken thumb. Brian why has the org. Waited so long to move guys like Burgess and Souza guys who have had great years and are obviously prospects? I mean Souza is hitting. 273 on the road compared to 193 in hagerstown you think he needs to be pushed?

    They’ve had a culture shift with regards to promotions. No longer are they aggressively promoting guys. Now they are allowing players to have sustained success at a level, often times a full season, before promoting them.

    I’d imagine that Souza (prior to the DL) was going to finish the season in Hagerstown and begin 2011 in Potomac. Burgess is an interesting one, I could see him spending August in Harrisburg.

    @Chris – C’mon! It’s right there on the interwebs. Why bother going to see these here prospects in person when you can just look at a stat sheet and cherry-pick meaningless numbers?
