If you’re going for SW Virginia then Richmond helps tremendously. We get Charlotte from the ChiSox and then switch Charlotte with the A-Braves. Another thing to increase our exposure in that area is to get a team in the Appalachian League. How about switching Pulaski for Vermont with Toronto?
