What happened to Ross Detweiler in Syracuse today? Left in the first inning only after 2 outs and 2 runs. Not the best performance, but I suspect an injury… any word?

From what I understand he was pulled after a rain delay.

Zimmerman just got hit on the back of the leg after the ball was hit back up the middle. He was immediately pulled from the game. There was no apparent injury but I’m sure it really hurt.
