He's an on base machine who can hit for high avg. When you can get on base at high clip, you will do well in the majors. I dream of the day where we have Nieto,Rooney,Norris, and Harper. Also interesting that Glenn Gibson's at short-season A for the Rays, after getting lit up last year in A-ball.
