In 6 part MLB years and 138 innings, Kensing has given up 147 hits and walked 80 batters. He will be 27 years of age on July 3. There have been many many pitchers with major league stuff but poor/mediocre results.

Maybe you guys are right on Kensing's stuff. I was traumatized by how wild he was and I have such limited patience for guys who can't throw strikes.

Is Kensing that much better than Bergmann, though?

Yeah – Kensing had a live arm – his ball actuallly seems to have too much movement.

I disagree on Kensing.

He absolutely has major league stuff.

His problem is above his shoulders.

dd- I’m agreed on Kensing. His stuff and control did not look like more than back end major league relief and it seems that we have others worthy of a look on the big league club before we get to Kensing. I’d rather give Hanrahan a chance to figure it out this year than bring up Kensing again.

Absolutely Kensing could get another chance. Colome's days are numbered and Bergmann may get called up, and Hanrahan's days should be numbered, to be replaced by Kensing. Only problem is, we snuck him through the waiver process and off the 40-man, so we probably want to keep him there til next spring training.

Kensing seems to have righted himself in AAA. Any chance, the NATS give him another chance. Also Stan’s speeck the other night appears to confirm the buzz that the NATS will not be players in this year’s international signing period. However, I believe that until the period is over, there is still hope.

Will Atwood seems to have discovered something down at Potomac. His last three starts have been very impressive.

Interesting name on Wilmington's roster - Mike Mousakas, who seems to be struggling in HIgh A. I say he's interesting because he was the guy the Nats were targeting at #6 in 2007. He would be a Nat right now had he slipped a bit.
